how far can we move the handle bars

How far can we move the handle bars
with out new cables and such?
I'm looking at 2in risers [Rox risers]

I went 1" up / 1" back with no issues, but I swear other people said they had trouble with the same mod. I would guess 2" up would be fine, but I don't know for sure.
