How do I get the forks back to normal?

Bike was knocked over and in my haste to fix it, the forks decompressed way out.

When all is said and done a torque wrench and metric hex driver set. Make sure those pinch bolts are GOOD and TIGHT before leaving the house!

I hope all is well and nothing is damaged!

Totally. The manual said 22 ft.lb.
In case someone else has this problem, jack the bike from the header (with wood/something in between) while it's on a center or swingarm stand.


Steering still a bit off, so maybe I will try again tomorrow.
