ok the Hero is da bomb! thanks thatguyx for your post a few days ago...

Good quality, and the video is very good for the size of the device... its the size of a very small cellphone... I recommend it

It comes with a bunch of helmet mounts, headstraps...etc, and I got the handlebar option too... this is going to be sweet.

Also, it has a good number of options for setting up the camera (video, pictures, multi-pics, timers, etc...). Pretty impressive again for the size of the thing. It can also go under water with the little sealed box that comes with the package, so you can strap it to your surfboard, or wear it on your head when you go kayaking

Here is a video example (I need to get an extra SD card, because it comes with 16mg internal memory only... 1h of video = 2gb card).

not that anyone cares, but the old video was deleted and replaced by test #2 below... I used the helmet mount for this one...

It's a few minutes of my daily commute... getting off the 605 freeway onto 7th street and PCH at the end.

I had to split the video file, so I used windows movie maker to do it, but it recompressed the file... some of the quality was lost (original file was 100mb, this one is only 16mb), but it gives you an idea...

I`ll do it full quality for tomorrow's ride (doing ACH with a couple of FZ6 fellows!)

that's pretty sweet... i wish in kansas it was legal to drive between cars like that, oh how i miss cali

yes it does take a very nice video espeically being compressed that much. At first I was like wtf as far as going between the cars I had no idea that was legal out there.... In ny if you tried that you would get flattened! You are able to cut the commute time in to like a 1/10 by doing that. wow. was laughing to myself, seeing the corvette's etc fast car wont get you anywhere there a moped in that situation would be faster lol

exactly... I can`t drive in LA rush hour... it makes me mad... I get home from work and my wife knows I`ve been in a battle lol

FZ6 = 17min to work (when I don`t get a ticket like this morning %&$% **$%&*#*$*$*#&@^$^%&#*$!!!!!!)

something tells me the 30 mins is stupid early in the morning... sounds like austin texas traffic, always sux I having to go there! the access road that runs next to the major highway there with red lights is faster lol.....
