Heated Grip Issue

A number of years ago, I had some heated grips and grip puppies installed on my bike. The problem is, the throttle side grip puppy keeps sliding off while I am riding. We have tried High-temp epoxy and high-temp silicone adhesive, but the same result. It is slow enough where it doesn't just fly off, and easy enough to correct while riding, but annoying nonetheless.

Any suggestions about what we could use to adhere it?
