Thank you very much for the best wishes.
March 2015 has been a tough one as I have lost love ones, my girlfriend's dog (our little boy) which I have met and got too close for over 8 years, he was 11 1/2 when he passed. Then my Dad and my uncle (my Dad's youngest brother).

I just got on the bike back on Monday (I was visiting my family the last two weeks) and I was debating on taking the bike to work or not, as my head has been very ... "turbulent" and I have to say it has worked out pretty good, I've been riding the bike since I got back from my trip and it is still helping me keep going.

Regardless, thank you very much for remembering me
