For 237 years, the US Army has stood on freedom's frontier. Just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to those who serve and those who support the efforts of the US Army.

Without our armed forces you probably wouldn't have the freedom to ask that ridiculous question in a public forum.

So....We'll continue to celebrate every year to commemorate our origins as a profession of arms and we'll celebrate the 237th just as hard as the 250th. Thanks for your concern.

My Grandfather was much older than me but they still celebrated my birthday. :thumbup: Eventually I almost grew up.

I don't mean this to be political but more mathematical. If the Mujahadeen are like a thousand years old could that mean they haven't achieved their goal in a thousand years?

Yeah yeah I know... We could hypothesize, argue and be at war for billions of years. I just want my family home safe and healthy and my family is not just this army.

Try to remember I'm not trying to make a political statement but rather a mathematical one.

Yeah yer right Nobby, Its not like we are praising 237 years of battle.
I'm a pacifist at heart but I recognise the sacrifice that that others have made for me to be able to have this attitude.
An army can be a peace keeper not only an aggressor.
