I won a $100 off prize at a bike night for powdercoating and gave it to the wife. She wanted the rims to match the rest of the bike. So here you go.

Looking good! Is she riding that more than the Vmax lately?

Pretty much. We take turns riding the Max so it don't sit so long. How's it going up there? We are coming to Pagosa this summer and will probably have a few other riders in tow that want to go up there with us. I'll keep you updated in PM's.

That looks Sharp!!!

Keep us updated on durability, cleaning-friendliness and so on.

I'll try. The guy that powdercoated them has done a lot of work here on local forum members bikes and his work does stand the test of time. Very reputable person.

is powdercoating pretty much the only way to go with rims? i have a project bike that i want black rims for. can i paint them or do i have to powdercoat them?

they look really good. how are they holding up? had a tire change yet? do they get nicked when someone goes to change the tires?

thanks.
