Well first let me say everyone is ok. But my bike has a broken right side fairing aftermarket power bronze and a bent front fairing stay and a few scratches. Ok I was going down a single lane street and their was a bicycle with one person riding and one the handle bars they were on the right side by the curb. So I proceeded to pass on left as far as I could with crossing double yellow line. when the person on the handle bars starts to fall off and the bicycle turns right into my right side and they bouncedoff me. and I kept the bike up and came to a stop made sure everyone was ok. Just my leg is sore from reaction to put it down when they hit me.

Wow hows does this situation work? They have no insurance, all though they were riding illegally. Did you file a police report?

Glad your ok at least

Glad ur ok but that sucks about ur bike after all the work youve done to it....but you know why that happened right...because of that post saying you think your done lol...you jinxed yourself lol

There was a cop who seen everything. He said it would just be best not to make a report. Because it would be treated like a motorist without insurance. And yes I got what I deserve for saying I think I'm done lol. But it's ok my leg is sore and my brother inlaw who is physical therapist is on his way over to look at it.

Man, that sucks. I may be able to ease your pain a bit though. I just had to replace my powerbronze aftermarket fairing because I had a damaged left side. I now have the old right side sitting in the garage. PM me if your interested.

Good to hear you're okay. I would have requested a police report anyways(they can't deny you that) that way it's easier to deal with your insurance if you have uninsured motorist coverage.

Now that's just goofy!!!:jawdrop:I guess that's why they are called accidents and not onpurposes. Sorry about your bike but glad everyone is okay for the most part.

My wife says I am more upset about the bike then my leg:spank:. My brother inlaw says I just pulled my muscle. But it will hurt more in morning.

That blows! Why must people suck?! This is America.. not Europe.. no handlebar rides! :BLAA:

My brother inlaw is a physical therapist and said I just pulled a muscle and twisted my knee. It does fell a little better this morning from using ice and the exercise he had me do last knight.

I did the same thing trying to catch a falling bike in a parking lot and holding it for about 30 secs before it was too much to bare. I was limping for two weeks and had lots of pain in my knee and upper leg. I will say though after two weeks and no physical therapy or meds of any sort i was walking normal (didnt go to the doctor). I thought my riding days were over.....But luckily not.

Thanks guys. Now I am just thinking either fix it or go with a vs-2 kit. I could still sell my old fairing just has a light scratch on it and puig windshield also has a scratch.
