its in good shape, has some scratches but is still functional. i bought an 06 fz6 used with this on it and took it off right away. the key is broken but im sure you could get a new one made / contact givi and have them send you one. im asking $100 but will consider any reasonable offer. i will ship (you pay shipping) includes top case and mounting bracket + hardware. it retails upwards of $250
