FZ6 has huge gas tank capacity and new tank bag

Filled the bike up on the way back home from Ohio today, I did not realize that gas was so cheap here and that the FZ6 gas tank held so much.

i have a matching tail bag too but i had a passenger with me so it stayed home this weekend:

Gas dropped to $3.44/gallon in some parts of WV

Nice pics, but what's ontop of your helmet? Or what kind of helmet is that, looks unique.

Thanks I appreciate it, the 2pc suit and vented boots did great this weekend with temps ranging from 30's to the 60's and even some rain. The knee pads started bothering me after a 100 or so miles today on the way home for some reason, i guess they are still not broken in all the way.

The helmet is a GMAX GM68S, it has a ton of vents and is a little cold this time of year but the shield is so optically clear it is like it is not even there as described below: GMAX GM68S Helmet - webBikeWorld

I do not think it vents as well as it should in the summer in the face area (sometimes stuffy to breathe without cracking open the shield) but other than that I like it and the LED light is nice at night and bright too.

axio from ebay. it was around $70 shipped i think then i painted it.

the newer version of the tank bag is larger but is around $120

it appears to be waterproof too, i have rode in the rain several times (once in a heavy rain) and no leaks.

i have the tailbag painted to match too. pics in one of my other threads on here.
