FS OEM midpipe/cat 2009 w/1k miles on it

I'm selling a mid-pipe/catalytic converter from a 2009 FZ6 that was taken off when the bike had approx. 1k miles. It is in excellent condition and comes with one of the gaskets(see pics) I would like to sell for $40 shipped to CONUS.
