Hey everyone,

Just stumbled onto the forum here while looking for somewhere to ask questions about my bike as they arise. I just picked up my first bike over the weekend which is an 06' FZ6. I will be getting my endorsement early March and am planning on riding regularly as soon as the weather allows. I'm excited to start riding and thanks for having me on your forum. Obligatory pics incoming.

lotsa answers to nearly every question, and the search button is a good start too, but you'll find most people will chime in with some good advice if you ask.

Now first bit of advice, buy protective gear to cover the body parts you are wanting to keep in good shape. You'll hear that often- ATGATT
you riding instructor will tell you too

This a great forum and congrats on getting an FZ6.

Staying under 6k RPM keeps the bike in 250cc mode (and that's a fairly small throttle opening.)
