FLAC to MP3

I have some FLAC songs I want to convert to mp3 and I'm finding dbpoweramp very frustrating. It's so slow that it estimates 3 hours for one song. I've tried every codec I could find but it's just not working for me. Trying to find a free one through google is crap. If you know of a free non-trial, simple converter post up.

I have used this one. FLAC - Free Lossless Audio Codec It worked well and wasn't that slow.
