First real night ride

So went out to dinner with a friend and took the bike since my Jeep is down hard. Was light going to the restaurant, but definitely dark coming home through town..cold too! Jacket was warm enough on my torso, but hands got a tad cold and wind going down my back didn't help either. Was definitely different knowing people were going to have a much harder time seeing me but was also different not seeing as much too.

i feel ya dude...on the occasion that it cools off here lol...my hands are freezing!!! i'm thinking about getting some gloves...but i am literally that broke right now haha

but the night riding doesn't detour me or anything...luckily as long as you stay in town, Lubbock TX is pretty lit...it is a college town, so i have made a promise that i will NOT ride after 1am...alot of drunk drivers


oh and this is my 100 post!!! woo hoo! it hasn't even been a month!!!

I am new to bikes and my first night ride was in a rain storm. Real slick ride, couldn't hardly see because of the rain, and the darkness. But now riding in the dark is np. You will get the hang of it man. Later take care.
