that was at the John Kerry speach at the University of Florida last night
that is not a joke.....they tazed the kid for charging the mic and asking Kerry some tough questions....
yep stupid for rishing the mic....but I think they could have controlled hom without the tazer he was not a threat to the officers or the speaker

They didnt exactly taz him. They laid the barb tip on him and engaged the power. As opposed to discharging the barbs into him first. Its a technique used to subdue someone when your on top of them. Its supposed to not hurt nearly as bad as actually being impaled by the barbs.
