Went to the London motorcycle show on Friday and had a look at the new diversion. My personal opinion was what a load of rubbish !! it felt very small with the seat so narrow it was like sitting on a push bike.It felt like it was definatley aimed at the pink market (nothing wrong with that). The fairing looked ok but everything else around the bike looked cheap.
The write up in MCN was singing its praises and how much easier and kinder it is than the FZ6 .Fair enough I have not taken one out but from just sitting on it I would not bother.
Got home took out the FZ6 and it cruised fine when I wanted and if you want to light it up it is there, so why would anyone consider the divvy especially as our local dealer has now dropped the price of a new FZ6 S2 by £300 to £4699 otr.
The rest of the show was ok but no suzuki!!! had a look round bought some summer gloves bits and pieces for cleaning and must of walked past the MCN stand 20 times at least-------very nice !!!!!!
