I want to get a new horn. I know a lot of you guys go with the stebel but I just want an easy bolt on horn thats louder than stock. Any suggestions?

you could go with just about any direct bolt on horn.

Or you could buy a Stebel Nautilus, and with 15 minutes of wiring have something loud enough to wake sleeping drivers.

Don't use one that is much heavier than stock because it will break the stock horn bracket off after several thousand miles of vibration. Ask me how I know! I had to make a custom aluminum mount for my larger Hella Supertone horn.

Not to thread jack, but I have a fiamm freeway blaster, and when it works to full capability it is nice and loud. The other 90% of the time it seems like it is working on limited current... Would it most likely be the connections on the wires to the horn? The bike does it with the stock horn as well as the fiamm. I've heard the stebel in person and it is about 20-30% louder. I'm just looking to honk at people and startle them into not doing what they're doing. That thing could wake the dead.
