I know I shouldn't have laughed, but I did. It was more of a laugh of shock than funny haha. I was coming down Laguna Canyon Road and saw this sign. I was like "Are you effin' kidding me?" there was a little fenced in area around a shed that required a $5 a day hangout fee across from a lumber store.

I had heard Laguna Beach was crazy but seriously, this is messed up.

"Day Laborers Hiring Area, Trabajadores." Notice the 'Enter Here' sign next to the 'No Stopping Anytime' So many things wrong with this place.
