Im trying to figuer out what each wire and colors on the harness/pig tail that go from cluster tachometer/headlights/turn signals so that i can cut and wire into the new cluster/tachometer because it isnt plug and play

The wire diagram is all you need. Do you have a copy of the FSM?

Before making the decision to go with an aftermarket instrument cluster, do know that you will lose the ability to read fault codes from the ECU. This could make future repairs very difficult.

The FZ6/FZ1 and likely many instrument clusters use an internal CPU that processes data from the bike's computer (ECM). This is connected to the cluster via a data line signal that carries the tachometer, speed, coolant temp, error codes and CEL. You'll want to be sure the the alternate instrument cluster can process and is compatible with the FZ6 data line. The directional signal, high beam indicator, oil warning light, neutral safety light are separate wiring.

There will be more involved beside wire color codes.
Do you have data on the unit you're planning on installing?

More info is needed.
In your other thread you said you were replacing the wiring harness. From which bike is the new harness, and from which bike is the new cluster?
