Hi all,
im new in this forum & need advices from all you guys for your experiences in the Fazer 6S2.

my bike has done about 100K kilometers now.

Its regarding my engine having clucky noise wen changing to all gears.
The other issue is that while the bike is moving in any gear, wif my clutch lever pulled in, there will be clucky noise from the sprocket side wen I do short revs on the throttle.
I have checked the clutch housing & plates & all seem to be in order. No clutch wear at all.

Anyone can advice ??

Think it's normal bro. Does it feels heavy lifting off?

Your clutch sounds like it's NOT fully disengaging causing the issues..

I'd strongly suspect the clutch cable is worn out / frayed internally (see pic's-23,000 miles,ALWAYS MAINTAINED).

You may want to disconnect the cable at both ends, lube and FEEL for ANY binding. It should be nice and smooth.
(That's how I found mine, it was binding with NO LOAD and only visible after cutting it apart)

You want to lube the shifter shaft ENDS (left side of bike), under the black rubber covers..
