For the fun of it, I switched the handlebar to a Clubman handlebar (~$50) and I'm basically hugging my Fizzer when I ride lol

It's seriously nice to ride it when there's no traffic but geez it's uncomfortable in stop and go.

Gonna have fun with it until my back says enough then will switch back to the Fz1 bar.

They are awfully delightful lol. Seriously I have had lots of fun with that handlebar. That being said, the Fz6 is not meant to accommodate super sporty/cafe position; the gas tank is just too big and does not allow for the proper positioning of the handlebar without hitting the tank and as such the angle of the handles are off and swooping down too much. So it was fun but I'm back on the Fz1 bar. I will keep the clubman handlebar for the XSR900; when I get one :-D

Here is a pic of the XSR900 (not mine) with the Yamaha Cafe handlebar.
