Changing exhaust affects throttle body sync?

I recently sync'd the throttle bodies with Leo Vince's on the bike and I also recently took off the Leo Vince's and put back the stock exhaust. I was curious to see if changing the exhaust would affect the throttle bodies sync. In my experience it does not.

This is at 4k rpms, but it was consistent from idle on through the rev range.

Anytime you change the restriction of the intake or exhaust, it CAN affect sync, but usually it's not a major issue.
