I have a 2010 FZ6 what are the odds that I have had 2 chains break on me while I was riding it in less than 2 years.
I know how to maintain my chain so I don't think that is the issue here.
I just replaced the sprockets and chain and front sprocket nut this past May.
What else would cause my chain to break? A bent swing arm, a bent sprocket?
What can I do to make sure this doesnt happen again?
I think something is causing my chain to wear very unevenly and then it breaks.

Or I just have the worst luck ever.......

Thank you for any help I really appreciate it.

Are you buying known name (D.I.D., Renthal…) chains from known distributors - or are these eBay purchases? Are these O-Ring or X-Ring chains, or plain?

Have you checked the alignment of the rear wheel? Can we get a photo of the most recent sprockets, both a side and profile view? That will be the most telling thing.

Are you using steel or aluminum sprockets?
