I'm going to be replacing my brake seals in the coming days and will be replacing my lines with braided ones as well. It all seems a bit daunting to be frank.

I have a complete set of seals, washers, grease etc ready. I have been reading and prepping for the seals replacement but I'm not sure how to fill in the system with brake fluids afterwards without leaving air bubbles behind. The lines are going to be in a cross-over setup and I am worried there will be air bubbles in the lines or inside the caliper housing. Am I going to need a vacuum pump or a syringe (putting in the oil in reverse) ? Can it be done without any of these and just pour the oil from the top?

Any advice / preparations welcomed.
