Those are popular for value for money, but that set have also been on Ebay for a long time (seen them there for probably more than 3 months) which to me means there are better prices elsewhere, or there is something wrong with them.

You need to be doing a google search to find the most competitive prices, there are lots of different sites in the US that sell most pipes, and the pricing is competitive. Just need to keep an eye on the shipping costs as they can vary greatly.

considering that they are slip ons, I would absolutely look into putting them on yourself.
