This is my first post. But I had an idea for mounting auxiliary lights to the FZ6. I am just throwing this out there to see what everyone thinks of this mounting system. Obviously there will be concerns to mounting it to the radiator. It could tear the radiator out of the mounts if the bike were to be laid over. Also it is warm by the radiator. I did solve some heat transfer to the brackets by using nylon washings to “isolate” the bracket from heat. But if anyone is interested or has any ideas feel free to let me know. I’d love to be able to produce these if there’s an interest. I am going to receive the actual lights tomorrow 9/10/21. I’ll keep everyone updated on the actual install, just to see how smoothly it goes. I can post a poll later on if there is an interest. Thank guys! Hope to hear your feedback. They do look great but as you've noted, the radiator tanks would be at risk not just in a tip over but any impact.

I’ll reserve judgement until I see ‘em with the lights attached. From a style and integration stand point, they should have the same lightening ovals as the radiator bracket.

I think you’ve done a good job.

Got some lights mounted up. I think I could’ve gone with some smaller ones, or at least some round ones. I think there’s more that can be improved upon them. These were just a $30 special from Amazon but I think some Denali tech lights would look great.79EF6876-6656-45DD-8EAE-7D8B40C84C94.jpeg357E5B9A-B743-4E8B-8EC6-2CE935E70987.jpeg9FC7957D-6C7C-4F9B-BAF7-787EA0E39E75.jpeg

I like the brackets a lot, great work :) maybe mounting them with nylon screws as well as washers would ameliorate heat transfer. Ps, I love the windscreen extender, can you PM me, or post here, which model it is and where you obtained it?
