Anyone have a slight clicking feeling at low speed in 1-2nd gear?

Brain fart...:)

The S1's DO have that foldable tab.

The S2's have a washer and NUT. The nut has two edges that get pinned down on the shaft (thinner outer edge that allows pinning to the output shaft)..

S2:

When you say the two edges get pinned down on the shaft is that the outer parts of the nut or inner part. Its not obvious to me how it locks. I put thread lock on and tightened it to torque and left a indelible pen mark but I'm still worried..... wish I had the oldschool nut and tab.

Edit I think I get what you mean - tap the outer thin part onto the shaft and mis shape it? What tools would you do it with? a metal punch or similar>?

A punch, short HD screwdriver, it doesn't take much...A tap or two...

Your basically simply putting an "INDENT" in the nut that "binds up"(not the right term) with the output shaft so the nut doesn't loosen.
