Im curious if anyone has any old saddlebags that are in decent shape that they dont use anymore? i really want to start touring but dont have the cash to fork out for new luggage unless there are some good deals that i dont know about. So just tell me what you think its worth and we can see if we can work out a deal just pm me

These are good bags, but don't have rain covers and you need to fabricate something to protect your plastic side covers.
I used some rug pads that looked like this:
