Ahhh hit and run

So i go out to my bike to go for a ride after work and i notice there is about a 3 foot scuff mark on the concrete from the kickstand. Mind you im in the army so the bike is parked in the barricks parking lot. So i walk around my bike to look it over and i notice there is a white paint scuff on the front fork. Now im getting kinda angry. I hope for the best and i get on it and start rolling forward hoping the forks are straight. Of course they arent!! the bars are i would say 20* from center. So i call the MPs (military police) and fill out a complaint. They tell me there really isnt anything that they can do. So that is the story about the great day i had today

I'd be checking every white car I find. When you do find it (if you do) use the drivers head to straighten the forks back!
