Rode upto Vincent Gap from the Wrightwood side today and sure enough the gate was closed, but the good news is ACH should be opened at noon tomorrow, Friday, possibly all the way to Glendale. I can't ride until Monday and I'll post an update then unless someone wants to try the route sooner

Sorry, I grew up in Tujunga, Ca and was stationed in Alameda, Ca...San Diego, Ca...Just never on a bike.

I wonder how big the ride will end up this summer. I thought it was amazing last year that so many turned out for the event. And, even though it was big, breaking it up into two groups and all resulted in a ride almost peaceful because seldom did I ever see more than 2 or 3 others unless we were all holding up to let others catch up before starting another leg. I can't wait for this summer's event.
