I am just reading the latest Australian Road Rider mag and it talks about taking a small dirt bike for a fang up and down the beach......coincidence, or are you in cahoots with"Bear" Thoeming, Rick?

Im very interested in that tank rust clean out, is there any way of geting another layer of metal to bond to the inside, as a liner,thru electrolysis?

I've never heard the word before but figured, how it was used, it meant to take it out and give it a good hard ride.
BTW, I use an old lawn mower gas tank (vented) for projects such as yours with an on/off valve connected to a hose from the bottom of the fuel tank. I also drilled a couple of holes outside the "fuel holding section" so I can use bungee cords to secure it. Just a thought to keep any vapor lock from happening..
