The Good
Only 17,600 miles all of them ridden by a middle aged man !!
2 new (check the picures) Miclehin Pilot Road 4GTs only 200 miles or so ago
Saddle has been Spencered (for a confortable ride)
Motodynamics LED tail light with sequential turn signals
MFW Lowered Pegs (30 mm arms)
Powerlet socket wired straight to Battery
Adjustable levers and Grip Puppies.
Yamaha YES warranty until 8/14.

The Bad
When the bike was only 600 miles old it took a nap and put some minor rash on the front fender, fairing and stator cover.
Smal (quarter sized) dent on tank. To this day I have no idea how it happened !!

Bike has been ultra reliable. Did the republic of Texas 1000 IBA ride last November without a hitch.

Sweet! I really liked the 07 maroon FJR. They never copied that color afterwards.

My friend had one (his first and only FJR) without the Yamaha top case. I actually designed the left side helmet lock on that bike!!

BTW, if you pull the top and side cases (for around town beating), its considerably lighter and MUCH more flickable.
