93 years ago they signed a treaty to put an end to, what in those days they called "the great war". Thinking it was going to be the war to end all wars.
... unfortniatly, they were proven wrong. Millions of people gave their lives and millions of people have given their lives in the conflics that followed WW1 (WW2 beeing the biggest to follow it, but even today there are wars going on all around the world).
It's one of those days that when you get on your bike and enjoy your freedom, even the simple freedom to be able to move from point A to B without worries, not to take it for granted.
People gave their lives so that we can enjoy ours.
