Nice move. The triumphs are nice bikes, especially the speed/street triples. I recently moved on to a monster s2r 1000. It was a toss up between the DUCATI and speed triple. I liked the raw style of the monster a bit more. Have fun with the mods.

You know after reading my original post I have to do a follow up on the riding experience of the monster. There is more than the Wow factor to this bike, it's similar in seAt height to the fz, a bit more aggressive riding position, though nowhere near uncomfortable. May be similar to riding...

will be sad to see the gp go from indianapolis. Its a great weekend, for the bike enthusiasts anyhow, but attendance does suck here so it only makes sense. Who knows, maybe a trip down south is in order. I was amazed to see the number of bikes from other states that came into town for the event.

this past weekend i participated in an advance skills training class in a closed parking lot. Half way through the class one of the instructors finds an open ended nut on the ground and stated it fell off someones bike. Apparently they sweep the lot before the class to take get rid of gravel...

thank you for reassuring my decision to why i will never own a liter bike in sport attire:thumbup:. A monster 796 makes so much more sense to me.

The fz8 makes the most sense real world over a liter bike. Though my vote goes to the cb 1000r. What a mean ass naked honda has.

Try to neutralize the smell with some sort of spray or wash and air it out as best you can. Its just one of those things, you may be stuck with it unfortunately.
