1600km should be no problem for the fazer.
I did 1460km in 13 hours a few times now.
I think the only problem is rider fitness and planning all your fuel stops properly.

I have been searching for a solution to this. It's also driving me crazy.
It's almost like a plastic buzzing noise. Mine is exactly at 8000 rpm.
I doubt it is the engine injectors.
Firstly check that the rear wheel is aligned properly with the indicators on the swing arm. Secondly there should be about 3cm play if you lift the chain up with a finger. Otherwise it could be too tight.

yesterday was a pubic holiday so I took off the exhaust and took the oil sump off. It was a messy job and very stressful. It took me about 3 hours.

The mechanic that services my bike over filled the oil so a friend of mine said to use a needle and injection to suck up some oil from the dipstick hole.
All went well until the 3rd time when I pulled it out and the needle fell into the sump.

I just did a track day on Sunday. I am 90kg.
I found that the bike was all over the place on factory setting #3. I then set it to #4 and found the bike was better coming out of corners and kept it's line better. I also managed to get rid of the chicken strips. :D
