Ya it was only when I was riding through the rain it stayed on after it dried off in the garage there wasn't a problem anymore. I looked for where the neutral indicator screws into the block to see if that was the problem but it was a little more difficult to find then I expected.
So I was riding home in the rain, and when I went down into first gear at a stop I saw my neutral indicator wasn't on So I shifted down and my shift peg wouldn't move. I continued on my merry way thinking it would go off and it did whenever I didn't have my clutch lever pulled more than half way...
So I got a new Micheline Pilot road tire and when the guy put it back on the front axel the two wheel bushings he didn't snug them up to the wheel or anything. My question is Are those bushings supposed to be pressed into the wheel or is it alright for them to actually be hitting the forks instead?
I bought an fz6 last year I like the bike. I would prefer an R1 but to the insurance company I am an irresponsible 20 year old. Personally I have learned to love the bike. Plenty of mods to make it your own and as everyone else has said they can be a little quick once you get up to the high end.
Does the handle bar have a wider grip to it as well I'm pretty wide so the handle bars on the fz6 can sometimes strain my hands at the angle they are at? Does the fz1 handle bar help with that?
has anyone used those t-rex racing stands. I am not too sure if they will fit the fz6. If anyone knows or has one let me know if it is worth the investment. It would be one of those interchangeable ones for the front or the back.
Ya I use a combination lock and lock it into my subframe by my passenger foot pegs. I know someone has tried to take it from school because When I got out of class it was off the peg and flopping just by the tassel on the inside. If I lost mine I would be furious thats for sure
I found this article online and I think it gives a pretty good detail as to when and what kind of oil's you can use. http://www.vfrworld.com/tex_vfr/tech/oil.htm
I called up my auto store place and they have 4 quarts and a fram filter for $20.00 I am a little hesitant because I don't...
