Just in case anyone doesn't know...the backrest comes off with the removal of one screw...for those track days.

I picked up a top case and it came with both mount plates....if you don't mind me asking, about how much did you get it for. I can't even find one that isn't the whole kit that includes the plate.

Update - Ok ... so i got the order in the mail on Friday and installed them this weekend. I started out with a "slow down or your going to wreck" vibration and after the installing the beads it went to "Hey, I feel a buzz" vibration. So, did it fix it no... Do I think it helped, sure. I'll end...

If you want to know if the vents are getting air through...just wait till its 30 F outside... trust me the air is moving even if u can't feel it... I quickly figured out that they were open n closed them... now I check the vents every ride before I start :BLAA:
