i am more concerened about theives rather than the bike not firing up. if you are going to store it in the street, you would have to secure it well.

at least the corrosion is only on the engine covers. i would be mad seeing that corrosion. you would have to remove them and sand them down very well and take them to be powder coated.

as far as swingarms from other bikes that fit the fz6 i dont know of any that are a straight swap. the 07 -09 fz6 one is a straight swap, but you have to change the wheel axle to the 07 -09 one as the 04-06 one somehow does not fit properly (i ve tried it that s how i know). make sure you have...
