Hey I ended up buying some Reflexite SOLAS tape from here:
eBay Store - Reflective: Iron on tape, Sew on Fabric, Non-skid tape
It seems pretty inexpensive. I plan on just putting a stripe around the bottom of my helmet. The Relexite brand is supposed to be better than the 3M stuff, from what I've read.
