Is there any way i can adjust the direction of light beams from the headlight?It seams like mine is pointing too much to the up so i cant see the road too well at night and im sure i'm blinding everyone in front of me too. By the way i did the dual headlight mod when i bought it so both sides...

Ok the owners manual suggest that free play should be between 10 and 15mm. personally i find that very annoying and i don't see why there has to be free play anyways..Opinions??

I replaced mine just a week ago for the same reason.You do not need a sealant!Factory gasket is enough.

my fz was covered with bugs so i used this sponge to clean it and after it dried i realised that it was all scratched and that fine polish was gone!!! So stupid...I tried to polish it with turtle wax but plastic parts are ruined... Atleast bugs are gone lol

No i don't have a torque wrench,i used ordinary one,i would never think that aluminium is so sensitive...Oh well,lesson learned!By the way i applied JD weld and now i have to wait 15 hours for it to dry.Hope it will work.I'll keep you guys posted

I decided to give it a try with J-B WELD.I took the oil out,got it cleaned with carb cleaner,now i'm waiting for engine to cool off.It cant hurt to try.If the leakage doesn't stop i will replace the part

Ok i decided to change oil on my bike today and when i was putting the plug screw back i guess i overtightened it and made a small crack on the cover right where the screw is going in...Yes it's leaking oil now ,a drop at the time but still...My question is:Anybody think i can get that soldered...

Everyone excuse my bad english! Is it necessary to pull the clutch all the way every time i'm shifting? It seems like an inch in would be enough to do the job done.I don't use the clutch while upshifting while i'm in the 8k rpm and up range but i don't go that fast all the time... I tried...
