Wax spray for the chain or the motul white sticky greasy stuff? We used the wax spray on the wifes bike and if applied properly to a warm chain goes on nice and does not chuck off, and what would you use to clean the chain? Kerosene. ?
Is this ok for the o ring chain, ?

I read through the thread regarding your xenon head light mod. The bluish tint lights in the upper outboard corners of the head light lens caught my attention. It seems like a ideal place to package some turn indicators. I've been searching the forum to see if anybody has done such a mod...but found nothing. Given your mod experience, I thought you would know if anybody has done this?

yeah that makes sence, I did because it was the best color that they had at the store and blue is my favorite color and it turned out awsome, im really happy with it. I just got done putting my crash bars with highway pegs on and flush mount front turn signals.

what color are you using? post the pictures when you get it done.

I see now that the "what oil should I use" is a taboo topic - but in my defense, I really DID try to search for it. The word "oil" is too short to search for, "which oil" didn't find anything, and it wasn't a sticky under garage or even in the first few pages (probably because they keep getting closed/moved). The one you moved my post to was a local thread for Alberta, CA. I guess I must have forgotten to search there.

Anyway, it was helpful to find it, even if all it told me was that people just use whatever oil weight they feel like, regardless of the factory recommendation. I was hoping there would be a consensus of what weight was best for the bike - I'll just go with whatever I'm able to find locally.
