Bar Ends

Does anyone know what size thread I would be looking for when replacing my bar ends? They are slightly rusty, and one was dropped by the previous owner. Just looking for a simple replacement like this, but I am not sure if it fits:

You have cheap eBay options, but keep in mind they're aluminum. This means they will have no weight to them which will increase handlebar vibration exponentially.
