I am new to the FZ6 scene and very interested in the clutch slave lever mod, especially the last updated batch. Will pay top dollar. Any info relating to any alternatives is greatly appreciated !!

An alternative is to loosen up the clutch play a bit and get the "zone" closer to the lever. Just make sure the clutch fully releases.
Lubing the cable and the lever pivot also makes a very big difference on hard it'll pull.
You can actually shift faster with the stock set up, especially with the cable operating smoothly.
Clutchless shifts once underway will also give your hand a break.. (let up on the throttle while pulling up on the shifter). It'll sound like an automatic if done correctly...
