introducing the $120k motorcycle

Looks sweet...but totally not worth 6 figures, I dont care how many hand made extras it has. You can buy a Busa and trick it out for way less and get 200hp.

nice bike, I have always loved the MV's but 120K????? Damn!!!!

look slike complete carbon fiber bodywork and maybe frame?

It's like saying a Lamborghini Murcielago is not worth $300k because you could trick out your ford mustang to go as quick... You`re not paying for the speed of the vehicule, you`re paying for the intense labor and state of the art technology/materials that went into it.

Ya cant fall off a lanborghini and ruin everything "hand made" on a single bend!! :)

Still, its nice to look at but at 200bhp you may as well just scrub half of that away considering you wont need that sort of power to reach legal speed limits (as we all know with the 98bhp on our bike!)

I'd rather buy an R1 to be honest!!!

if they think the lame attempt of the female trying to 'seduce' the buyer, they missed the mark! watch the camera angles as she crosses her legs and other seductive motions in the foreground. weak!!

Well its been done before with a much better looking bike the NR750. When it was first advertised in about 1992 the UK price was set at £90,000. $170,000.
I think they actually went for about £40,000 in the end.
300 were produced, now collectors item.

it looks like it doesn`t take much to crash them! :D

Geez, I imagine insurance rates would twist off with such a bike.

If you can afford this bike, you wouldn't have insurance anyway. You would register with the DMV as "self insured" which means that you have enough money in the bank to take care of damage you cause without needing an insurance policy.

I took this MV for a spin. But yeah what to say, I bought the fz6 instead......Much better.........:rockon:

Where's the showroom? I want to swing my leg over it, fool around with the switches while my ice cream cone melts over the tank area. And oh, of course, argue with the dealer about taking for a test spin ("I'll be careful").
