Weather was finally good enough to take a pick of my 07 FZ6 I picked up last week. Took this after I got back from a ride through Mulholland Hwy.
Red is the fastest color right??

Absolutely! Hey Lytehouse, just curious how your FZ1 compares to the 6.
Well, with the FZ6 there was alot of vibration....my right hand was constantly going numb.
I changed out my handlebars to some Renthal's and the numbness that I also felt with the stock bars are gone. The bike does buzz or vibrate, yes. I believe everyone with an FZ6 experiences that. I feel it most in the left foot peg. Doesn't bother me though.
I'm 13 inches taller than Lytehouse. If anything the bike is too low. Might move on to a Triumph Tiger someday, or maybe one of those BMW's.

John & I are taking longer trips on the bikes too, and the FZ1 definetly has the power to handle our mountain passes with ease.
75% of my FZ6 buzz disappeared when I adjusted the throttle bodies...I'm curious if you ever did that?
Also I know the FZ1 has more power but being a smaller person there is no way the FZ6 would have any problems handling any road in the country due to a lack of power. I'm a horse jockey rider weighing in at 140 lbs and the FZ6 could out accelerate a 400 hp car going up the steepest hill I could find.
