Well today i went to the exhaust shop, and the new headers are on the pipe, just the link pipe to be fabricated up now....internal header diameter is 38mm, external, 41mm, up 3mm from OEM, where the headers meet the link pipe, the exhaust inner diameter is 48mm, which will soon mate up with the GYTR race pipe, which has a 50mm internal diameter...
Exhaust fabrication should be finished by Thursday, and at the Ceramic coating joint the same day.
headers, link pipe, and muffler, should be back from Ceramic coating, the following Friday, just in time to be mated to the finished rebuilt motor, if the new valves arrive, mid next week, as expected...

Oh, by the way, the new headers look super schmick, nice and tight fitting around the front of the motor, nicely tucked up, nice and close to the bottom of the motor...with plenty of ground clearance...
