Tyre Condition

I have to really muscle through the corners because she just won't glide through anymore, and the bike tracks really badly especially coming to a stop on any peice of road that isn't nice and flat.

Pretty common issue. Once I start getting that "weird" front wheel feeling (due to flat spot), I will ride it a bit more to get as much mileage out of it (I don't corner as hard during that time) and then I change it.

6k miles is plenty btw... I'd love to get that kinda mileage :D

I got just shy of 7K miles on the 020 and it looked like this---

and no I didn't do any burn outs:D just a lot of straight line commuting.
Don't let yours get this far gone:spank:

Jerry

Wow Jerry, that is pretty sick dude! You have to change those tires man, seriously!

7k miles is more like 12-13k km's though (almost double) so its a big difference.
That being said I'd rather good tyres that last half as long as pos tyres that last years.

I wish I could say my riding is exciting enough to wear my tyres out fast!

7 miles = 11.2 kms my friend so you were close, but not with the double bit.
cheers
