Scorpion Slip-ons?

For my new 08 FZ6N, white with red racing stripe, I am thinking about carbon fibre Scorpions - they look great. Any advice or recommendations? My husband is trying to talk me into the Laser 4-ways?:don'tknow::aus:

Both good systems but I thing the lasers look better. have a look on you tube and you will be able to see/ hear both on fz6's. Welcome to the forum.

:aus::wav:Thanks Dan. Will check it out. Other mods I will do are belly pan, oggy-knobs and rad guard. My only problem with the lasers is that it looks too much like a try-hard MV (I would like an MV, mind you....)

oggy knobs are a must.Are you going to get a carbon finish bellypan? I can imagine keeping a white one clean will be a nightmare. I'm modding suspension and brakes next as soon as I've got some spare cash( come on mr tax man). Don't forget to join the aussie fizzers group and meet the rest of the gang.

Get whatever you like the best, I personally love the look of the Lasers, but the cost/benefit was not there for me, so i went with CF Leo's and wold not change them out if i could.

For who had after market exhaust installed,do you lose your low end torque as compare to stock pipe?Kindly post your dyno chart before and after installation if any.Thanks

Thanks reiobard,it is always my preception that if you gain your high end,u're most likely lose your low end.U can't have the best of both world,right?
Since most of the time i will be travelling within 4-5k rpm,i don't think changing to a more free flow exhaust is an"upgrade" option for me especially when comes to FZ6. It is well known that the torque is almost next to nothing at low rpm.

I think the CF's have won.
Just have to try to get a good deal. They are @ AUS$1400 over here. Will try to buy from Overseas.
