For those who have a seat cowl...

Well, i been lookin around and i think thats probably going to be one of my next mods... the ones i am seeing are mega expensive tho, how much are you guys paying for yours and where? also.. how easy is it to take on and off? i ride 2 up only once or twice a month, but still i dont want a big hassle trying to get it off.

The second is by TCP Aerodynamics.
Then again, the pricing is skewed as well

I emailed the two US distributors to see what type of pricing we could get at 5 or 10 cowls. If they give me a good number, i'll open a gb thread

This is my Yamaha cowl...Got it for $75 bucks used..:rockon:..Looked at the TCP cowl, but the I felt that the shape didnt suit the back of the bike(too round)

Has just got back to me. He is unable to arrange a group buy for the seat cowl. If he orders to much gear Yamaha will penalize him and remove the discount.

I’ve just got off the phone with my connection at Yamaha and he informed me that the Yamaha Distributor would only bring the South African FZ6 colored seat cowls into the country.

Putting together a group buy may end up a mammoth task, I believe there is around 17 FZ6 colour variations
