WTB: Rear Tire Hugger

Something must have been kicked up by my wheel and really jacked up my tire hugger. It has a big chunk out of it on one side and the other side is cracked where it mounts. Yesterday after riding I found it lodged up under the bike and rubbing. No good so has to go.
